Airedale & Wharfedale Gala 1

Saturday 1st of May saw the start of the Airedale & Wharfedale gala season with loads of brilliant swims from members of the club; however before going onto the results I'd like to say a big thank you and very well done to some of the children for whom this was a relatively new and frightening experience, Lauren Halliday, Andrees Marshall, Harry Copping, Ruth Hollis, Caitlin Morley, Amy Evans, Seth Berry, Neve Godfrey-Clarke, Jordan Hardakre and Harry Preston.
The official results will be published in due course but the following is an overview of how we did:
Harry Copping - Reserve for the 9/10 yrs 2L Backstroke.
Neve Godfrey-Clarke - Reserve for the 9/10 yrs 2L Backstroke.
Rebecca Fuller - 5th in the 9/10 yrs 2L Backstroke.
Olivia Horsfield - 3rd in the 9/10 yrs 2L Backstroke.
Rebecca Lund - 4th in the Open 4 x 2 IM
Ashleigh Nichols - 3rd in the Open 4 x 2 IM
James Lund - 3rd in the 11/12 yrs 2L Breaststroke
Rachel Lamond - 5th in the 11/12 yrs 2L Breaststroke
Holly Evans - 4th in the 11/12 yrs 2L Breaststroke
