When will Swim England provide guidance on reopening pools?

The government has said that swimming pools cannot reopen before Saturday 4th July at the earliest.
Yesterday, Swim England announced that by midday on Monday 15th June they will have published "Robust guidance to help the aquatics sector prepare for the reopening of pools" in "a format which can be updated as more scientific knowledge and data is obtained".
